Dremel tool and a slot screwdriver.
And when you replace it, use a Torx, Allen or Robertson fastener.

superglue a philips head bit in there and use a changable screwdriver to pull it out. you sacrifice a bit but you get the screw out

Get several since you don’t know what size the slot will be and you’re going to lose at least two anyway.

Amazon has your back. I have two different extractor sets, and Im looking at a third set to add to the tool box.
A punch and reverse threaded bits is always good to have as well. I even got an extractor wrench, but then I found a ratcheting one and got pissed I didnt know it was an option.
